Audi R8 Sportscar Experience - Simraceway Sonoma

It's been a while but this experience is absolutely worth a post.
A while back my company took a little trip to Sonoma and I would like to share this experience since it was absolutely amazing!

I'm not going too deep into it but the bottom line: Audi is one of our partners and they invited us to take a ride in the new Audi R8 sports version. The cars were driven by professional drivers who took each of us for a lap around the racetrack - full speed of course. Pure adrenaline!

If anyone is interested you should check out Simraceway Performance Driving Center. They even offer professional driving lessons but you can guess it's quite pricey.

This was my car and my driver. "Crazy Tim" took good care of me.

Next to the racetrack is a GoKart racetrack. They got rid of all the casing of the karts which makes you feel like you're just driving a frame but it gives them some extra speed. Super fun!
